I was diagnosed with Grade 2 uterine Cancer and had a hysterectomy with a Bso and then recovering from that . Thwn in may of 23 it was found that i had stage 2B endometrial Cancer to which I dis radiation therapy for six weeks for 5 days a week. Recovered from that . I didnmy three month follow-up. In February I did blood test and then a CT scan. On April 19th I was told thatbi was cured . Im still scared of it returning but forever grateful and thankful for the Doctors and nurses who took suxh good care of me 🙏❤️🙏❤️... Cancer wil be a part of my new life ❤❤❤...

If a bank says no, revoke the power of attorney they have over your account 😊 Whether you realize it or not, within your agreement you signed you gave them a power of attorney, conservatorship and security interest. I would revoke all of those so that they do what you need them to do. Pull your agreement. I promise you you created a fiduciary relationship within that contract. If they’re not being a good fiduciary, pull their power! Happy reading!

I recently retired as a Canadian Bank Manager with 30+ years in financial advice. Your outline was great,your number 1 solution to appeal to the Banks legal dept is wise advice. POA can take 2/3 weeks to get reviewed. I find most POA financial are approved. The difficulty , I find is the Banks online presentation of that POA to the Bank staff. They set it up internally online ,not properly or with online gaps with the bank staff trying to find that POA every time. Generally speaking the approved POA is placed on attorney (POA) bank digitally profile but is not crossed reference to the principal bank digital profile. So the attorney visits the bank and each time gets the run around. POAs document must entail higher level of care given the abuses of seniors. You should be directing your viewers to be patience with Bank employees and keep your emotions in check when dealing with Bank employees . I fixed a lot of these misunderstandings of the years with active listening , there’s no reason for a bank to visit N Car court house….

My husband died he an insurance policy for $50,000. Beneficiaries were my son and his mother at $25,000 each. My son received a letter from insurance company saying the check was sent to funeral home and he would receive his money from them. He was not paying any funeral expenses. Several weeks later my husband's brother brought him check for $7,000. The funeral home gave the proceeds to the mother instead of my son so she did not give my son what he should have received. Shouldn't the insurance company or the funeral home have made sure the money was distributed properly.

Financial institutions accept and approve the POA. Then they keep denying access to basic account features like linking a checking account to a brokerage account, or transferring funds, or opening a new account, or even just getting account statements. A POA gets you very limited account functionality, and in an emergency it's almost useless. Unfortunately, all major financial institutions seem to have the same unacceptable restrictions on POAs, so you can't just change banks.

I have experienced this and need a consult.

what can my family members bank ask from me when I present the POA and ask for online access to my family members account? My drivers license? My social security info? A letter from my family members doctor? To talk to my family member first? Multiple days working with just one financial institution. They are obviously dragging their feet on purpose.
